Terms and Conditions

The guest agrees to pay for all charges incurred against the room account during their stay. This includes missing items, damages to the room, smoking in a non-smoking room or keeping a pet of any kind in any room. There will be a $150.00 cleaning fee for smoking in any non-smoking room or taking a pet of any kind into any room. As a condition of occupancy, guests must present a valid driver’s license and a credit card at the time of registration to cover any of these charges.  Guest understands that if a debit card is used as form of payment and any changes are made to the reservation or if payment method is changed at time of check-out that the motel releases the funds, but their banking institution may hold the funds up to 10 days.  A $50.00 deposit is required for all cash customers.  The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no infractions have occurred. Cribs and roll-a-ways are available upon request at no additional charge. We have a limited number of both and must know prior to check-in if either one needs to be reserved.
